Swapsoft Sghitech Private Limited is located at Sai Corner in the Shivganga Society. We are right on Canal Road in the Warje area of Pune. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and people passing by all the time. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a busy part of the city. Inside, it’s a different story. We’ve got our workstations squeezed in, and the walls are covered in notes and sketches. Warje has a specific energy to it, and we definitely feel that. We deal with a lot of technical challenges every day, but we try to keep the atmosphere light. There’s no dress code and no one is checking the clock every five minutes. We just expect everyone to do their part. The traffic on Canal Road can get pretty loud during rush hour, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without the baggage of a big company. We’ve had our ups and downs, like any small business, but we’re still here. Most of our days are spent debugging or planning the next update. We aren't looking to grow into some massive entity; we just want to do good work from our corner of Pune. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, and the chairs could be more comfortable, but it’s our space and we’re proud of what we’ve built here.
