The place is situated in Shivaji Nagar near the Sajjan Rao Circle on Old Market Road. It’s an old part of town and you can really feel it in the air. The streets are narrow and always full of people going to the market. We are right in the middle of all that noise and movement. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy enough. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and some plastic chairs for visitors. We don't have much on the walls, maybe just a calendar and some old notes taped up. It’s a practical space for work. We spend the day handling paperwork and talking to people who drop by for different things. It’s usually quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open, even if it means the dust from the market comes inside. You can hear the vegetable sellers shouting and the bikes honking at the circle all day long. It becomes a rhythm after a while. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist here. If someone walks in, they just talk to whoever is sitting there. It’s very direct. We’ve been at this Old Market Road spot for a long time. People know the name and they know where to find us. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a busy, crowded corner of Shivaji Nagar.
