Suru Ayurued Clinic

We are located over in Kothrud, right inside the Kamdenu Apartments at Plot No 87-B. It’s a bit different than a regular street-front shop because we’re part of the apartment complex, which makes it feel a bit more private and quiet. When you come in, you’ll usually smell the oils and herbs we use for the treatments. Ayurveda is something we’ve practiced for a long time, and we use the space here to consult with people and prepare the different mixtures they need. The rooms are set up for massages and other traditional methods. It’s a peaceful spot compared to the busier parts of Kothrud. We don't have a big staff, so things are usually pretty calm and personal. Most of the people who come to us are looking for a more natural way to deal with their health issues, whether it's digestion or just feeling tired all the time. We spend a lot of time talking and listening to what they have to say about their habits and how they feel. The apartment setting means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things low-key. It’s a simple clinic with wooden shelves for the jars of herbs and a few comfortable chairs. We just go about our work day by day, helping people find a bit of balance in their lives using the old ways we know.
