Ayush Therapy Center

You can find the Ayush Therapy Center inside Neco Gardens, specifically at Lily 14. This is in the Viman Nagar area of Pune, which is a pretty nice place to be. We are located right in a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a clinic. We wanted it that way so people feel relaxed when they come in. There is no cold waiting room with plastic chairs. We just have a quiet space with some mats and basic equipment for therapy. Being in Lily 14 means it is usually peaceful. We don't have the loud noise of the main road coming inside. Viman Nagar is a busy suburb, but once you enter Neco Gardens, things slow down. We spend our time helping people with their physical movements or just helping them feel a bit better after an injury. It is not a high-tech facility with flashing lights. We use our hands and simple techniques that have worked for a long time. I usually handle the appointments myself. It’s a small setup, just a couple of rooms dedicated to the work. We keep the place clean and tidy. Most people who come here live nearby in the same garden complex or just a few blocks away. It is a local service for local people. We don't try to be anything more than a quiet place to get some help.
