So we are Suprabhat Telecom Pvt Ltd and you can find us at Camp over on 12th Cross. It's a busy corner of the world here. The traffic is always moving outside our door and the sound of horns is something we just got used to. We’ve been set up here for a bit now, handling whatever comes our way regarding phones and cables. Being in the Camp area means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through and some live right around the corner. We keep the shop open pretty regular hours. It’s not a huge place but we make it work with the space we have. Sometimes the 12th Cross gets a bit crowded with parked bikes but that’s just how the neighborhood is. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy stuff inside. Most of our budget goes into parts and tools we need. We’re just a small crew. We talk to people about their phone problems and try to find a way to fix it without making it complicated. It's straightforward work. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. If something can be fixed, we say so. If it’s junk, we say that too. Being honest keeps the neighbors coming back to Suprabhat Telecom. It’s a good spot to be in and we’re happy to be here at this address. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late.
