Superexcel IT Solutions is located in Bhukum, which is on the outskirts of Pune. Our office is Unit 301 in Building 8 of the Skyi Manas Lake complex. It’s quite a nice spot because it’s a bit removed from the main city’s chaos. Bhugaon has its own charm, and being near the lake gives us a bit of a breather from the typical office environment. The office itself is pretty straightforward. It’s not a massive space with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us. We have our desks set up, and the walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and maybe a few notes. We chose this location because it’s a lot more peaceful than being in the middle of Hinjewadi or Kothrud. The commute out here can be a bit long for some, but the lack of noise makes it worth it. We don’t have a dedicated receptionist or a fancy coffee machine; we just make our own tea and get on with the work. Most of our day is spent at our screens, and we usually have lunch together at one of the small places nearby. It’s a very low-key operation. We just focus on the IT tasks we have and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a simple, practical way to work, and we like the relaxed atmosphere we’ve got going on here.
