Super Shil Industries

You’ll find Super Shil Industries over in the Talwade Phandvkar Estate, specifically in the Jyotibanagar area. It is a loud part of town because of all the factories and the heavy trucks moving in and out of the estate at all hours. Our workshop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a large shed with a heavy sliding door. Inside, it's a different story. We have machines running most of the day, making various metal parts and industrial components. The floor is usually covered in metal filings and oil, no matter how much we sweep at the end of the shift. It’s hard work and the days are often long, especially when we have a big order to finish by the weekend. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs, just a small cabin with a couple of plastic chairs and a dusty computer where we track the invoices. Most of the guys working here have been part of the team for a long time. We know each other's families and often share our tiffins during the lunch break under the neem tree outside. The commute to Talwade can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't do any flashy advertising. Our work comes from other businesses in the estate who know we can handle the technical stuff. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the metalwork and making sure the dimensions are right for every piece.
