Our office is situated in the Rail Vihar Housing Society, specifically in Bijlee Nagar, Chinchwad, which is a part of Pune. Being inside a housing society means it’s a very calm place to work. We have a small unit here where we handle all our technology projects. It’s mostly desks and shelves filled with components and manuals. Chinchwad is an industrial hub, but our little corner in Bijlee Nagar is mostly residential. We like the balance because it isn't too noisy during the day. We have a few technicians who come in every morning and stay until the evening shift is done. The Pune weather is usually decent, though it can get rainy during the monsoon, which makes the society grounds quite green. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see us working at our stations. It’s a very hands-on environment. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and talking to our suppliers over the phone. Sometimes we have to move equipment around, which can be a bit tricky in a housing society layout, but we’ve figured out how to do it without bothering the neighbors too much. It’s a modest operation, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone in the building knows what we do. Most of our work comes from regular clients who have been with us for years.
