We are based in Pune, over in the Kothrud area near the depot. The office is Flat Number 9 in the Animesh Housing Society, on the right side of Bhusari Colony. It’s a residential-feeling spot which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We’ve been doing engineering work from here for quite some time. The space is filled with drawings, old files, and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s coffee orders by heart. Pune is a big hub for engineering, so we fit right in with the local scene. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the housing society. The work involves a lot of calculations and technical checks. Sometimes we are out at sites, and other times we are stuck in the office all day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting enough if you like solving problems. We try to keep things organized, but when we’re in the middle of a big project, the desks tend to get buried under stacks of paper. It’s just how we work. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just do the engineering and try to stay on top of the schedule.
