Sun-Shine Technologies

Sun-Shine Technologies is situated in Narhe, at Radhika Estates. We are right near the Pari Company, which makes it easier for people to find us since the estate is a bit tucked away. We deal with various technical components and manufacturing tasks. It’s a typical setup for this part of Pune, with a mix of small workshops and bigger units nearby. Inside our space, things are usually a bit cluttered with prototypes and different tools we use daily. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door will look up from what they are doing to see what you need. The lighting is bright and functional, and there’s always a hum from the electronics or the fans. We started this because we liked working with our hands and seeing how things are put together. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late afternoon. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is approaching, eating snacks at our workstations. We know the other folks in Radhika Estates, and we help each other out with tools or advice when something breaks. It’s a good community of people just trying to make a living. We don't bother with corporate talk; we just focus on the assembly and testing of whatever is on the bench that day.
