You can find us at the Viola Co-Operative Housing Society in Warje. We are in G-501, which is Mr. S. Shukla’s place. Being near the Cipla Centre makes it easy for people to give directions to us. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being right in the middle of Pune city. We handle different kinds of service requests from this office. It’s basically a converted room with a few laptops and a printer that jams every other week. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to customers and trying to coordinate things. Sometimes the society gates are a bit of a hassle for visitors but it keeps the place safe. There’s a nice view of the trees from the balcony where we usually take our lunch. It’s not a big team, just a few of us trying to keep up with the emails. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. The work is mostly administrative, making sure schedules are kept and people get what they need on time. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We have a small stove for making tea and there’s usually some snacks on the table. We just try to get through the daily list of tasks without too much fuss or extra noise from the neighbors downstairs.
