If you are around Kothrud, you might have seen Sujata Mastani. We are located near Shilavihar Col. It is a pretty lively area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or hanging out with friends. We’ve been serving people here for a long time. It’s not a big corporate chain or anything; it’s just our little place where we do things our way. Most of the people who come in are regulars from the neighborhood. We know their names and what they usually like to order. Kothrud is a nice place to be, and being near Shilavihar Col means there is always something going on outside our door. The shop is simple. We have some places to sit, but it gets crowded pretty fast on the weekends or during holidays. We don't have a marketing team or someone writing fancy slogans for us. We just make sure everything is ready for the customers when they walk in. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy day, and that’s just how it goes. We don't try to overcomplicate the menu or the way we run the shop. It’s a lot of work keeping things clean and moving fast, but we enjoy the pace and the people we see. You will usually find us behind the counter. We aren't here to change the world; we just want to keep the shop running like it always has. It’s a local tradition for some families to stop by.
