We are located over at the Karve Institute of Social Service, specifically at 18 Hillside in Karvenagar. Being in Pune-52 puts us in a pretty busy part of town, but the Hillside area has its own pace. Sudarshan Chemicals Industries Ltd. has been around for a long time, and we've been working out of this spot, trying to keep up with everything. It’s a lot of practical daily tasks that keep us busy. The institute nearby always has things going on, so the atmosphere around here is quite active. We don’t really go for anything too polished in our office setup. It’s mostly just desks, papers, and people getting on with their shifts. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Karvenagar has grown so much, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute through Pune traffic can be a headache sometimes. We just focus on the industrial side of things and making sure everything runs like it should. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and put in the hours. The staff here are mostly locals who know the area well. We like that it feels like a real community. It’s not like those shiny new tech parks you see popping up. It’s just an honest day’s work in a familiar part of the city. We keep it simple and just do what is required of us each day.
