Subway

It’s a simple setup at Taluka Mulshi 24. We've been here a while and it's mostly just us making subs every day. The morning starts with baking bread, and that smell gets everywhere before the first customer even walks in. Sometimes it's busy when people are passing through the area, other times we just sit and wait for the lunch rush to hit. It’s a basic shop and we try to keep things clean as best as we can. There isn't much to say really. We see a lot of regular faces from the neighborhood. People have their usual orders, so we mostly know what they want before they even ask. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons here. We just keep the fridge stocked and the veggies fresh. It's not a big fancy place, just a spot to grab something quick. Sometimes the delivery guys are hanging around outside waiting for orders. We just do our thing. If you're around Mulshi, you probably know where the shop is located right on the road. Nothing special about it, just a sandwich shop doing its work day in and day out. Sometimes we run out of certain breads early if it’s a weirdly busy day. We just apologize and move on. That’s how it goes. The floor gets a bit scuffed from all the boots coming in, especially when it rains. We try to mop it often but it's a constant battle. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine.
