Our office is located on Sinhagad Road in Pune, inside the Devgiri building. It is a very busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic that piles up on the main road throughout the day. We are in Building C, and it is a pretty typical Pune office space. Sts Systems India has been around for a bit, and we have stayed in this area because it is easy for most of the staff to get to by bus or bike. We do a lot of systems work and technical services. It is not a glamorous job by any means. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting problems and setting up equipment. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers, cables, and various computer parts, but we know where everything is. We have a small team, and we have all known each other for a long time. There is no formal talk here; we just say what is on our minds and get on with it. We get our work done, and that is what really matters at the end of the day. The area around Sinhagad Road has everything we need, from tea stalls to stationery shops. We usually head out for a quick bite in the afternoon to get away from the screens. Our workspace is functional and simple. We have desks, chairs, and enough light. That is all we really need to work.
