Structural Consultant, Pune. We work out of D-24 in Anand Vihar Phase II, which is over in the Dhayari area of Pune. Our office is care of Satish Yadav’s place. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s pretty calm most of the time, except when there’s traffic near Muktai Garden. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle structural consulting for various projects. It’s not a big commercial building, just a regular home-based office where we can focus. We have our computers, some reference books, and plenty of paper for sketches. The atmosphere is very informal. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table discussing how to solve a particular design problem. Pune has grown a lot, and Dhayari has become much busier than it used to be. We like being in Anand Vihar because it feels like a community. We know the people living around us. When we aren't at our desks, we might be out at a site checking on progress. We keep things simple and don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just look at the structures and make sure they are right. It’s a steady job and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep everything organized. That's really all there is to our daily routine here at the office.
