Down at Pimpri Versova A/105-H, we spend our time dealing with computers and servers. It is not a retail shop where you walk in to buy a candy bar; it is more about solving problems that people have with their office setups. We started Strategic Technology Group because there seemed to be a lot of confusion about how to keep things running right. Most of the time, the office is full of cables and old monitors we have not gotten around to moving yet. We work with local businesses around Pimpri, helping them when their internet goes down or their systems get slow. It is a lot of sitting and typing, then occasionally going out to a client's site when things really break. The building A/105-H is easy enough to find once you know the street. We are not big on flashy signs or fancy talk. We just focus on the hardware and the software stuff that makes people frustrated. Sometimes we stay late because a server decided to quit at five o'clock. That is just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the technical side so other people do not have to worry about it. It is quiet in the mornings, which is when we get the most done before the phones start ringing with people asking why their emails are not working. We just try to stay on top of the tickets and keep things moving for everyone.
