Straddle Infotech Private Limited

Our office is located in Kalyani Nagar, in the Waterfront building, A Wing, flat 1102. It is a nice part of Pune to be in. Being on the 11th floor gives us a decent view of the area, which is a nice change from looking at code all day. It is actually a flat that we have converted into a workspace for Straddle Infotech. It feels a lot more like a home than a stiff, cold office. We have got our computers set up in the different rooms. We do a lot of tech work here. It is mostly software and data stuff. Pune is a good place for this kind of business. The atmosphere in Kalyani Nagar is pretty lively, with lots of cafes and shops nearby, though we usually just sit together and eat our lunch at the big table in the middle. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work properly and go home at a decent time. There are about ten of us on a good day. It gets a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but it is fine. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy managers. It is just us. We handle our own things. The building is mostly residential, so we have to keep the noise down. It is a mix of living and working, but it really suits us.
