Step Up Nursery & Child Care Center

Step Up Nursery & Child Care Center is located at Branch 966 B in Shanta Sahakari Society. We are right in Gokhale Nagar, specifically on Kusalkar Road. If you are familiar with the area, we are quite close to Firodia Garden and Shivaji Nagar. Our place is usually full of the sound of kids. There is always someone crying or laughing or running around. We have toys scattered across the rooms and little chairs everywhere for the toddlers. It is a busy house. The building is part of a regular society, so we have neighbors living right next to us. We spend our mornings greeting parents and getting the little ones settled. It takes a lot of patience and energy. Sometimes we take the kids for walks near the garden when the weather is nice. The staff here are mostly local women who have been doing this for years. We don't use big words or fancy theories. We just look after the children, feed them, and make sure they are safe until their parents come back in the evening. The walls have drawings pinned to them and there is always a faint smell of crayons and spilled milk. It is a practical, noisy, and very human place. We are just a local nursery trying to do right by the families in Gokhale Nagar. It’s hard work, but we are used to the rhythm of the school day. We just take it one day at a time here.
