Bumble Bee School

Bumble Bee School is located in the Siddhivinayak Solitare Building on Plot No 38 in Sector 36, Kamothe. We are based in Navi Mumbai, and the building is one of the taller ones in this part of Sector 36. We have our classrooms on a couple of different floors, so there is a lot of going up and down the stairs throughout the day. The area is mostly residential, so we see a lot of the same families walking by every morning. It’s a normal school day for us, starting with the morning assembly and then moving into the different subjects. We have simple desks and chairs, and the walls are decorated with some of the students' work. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the traffic in Kamothe makes it hard for everyone to get here on time, but we manage. We keep a stock of extra supplies in the cupboard because kids are always forgetting their things. The building has a lift, but it’s often busy, so we usually just walk. We aren't doing anything out of the ordinary here; we just follow the curriculum and keep the school running. It’s a practical place for education in a busy part of Navi Mumbai. We just show up, do the teaching, and head home at the end of the day. There is nothing complicated about how we run things here.
