Our office is located in the Konark Campus, specifically Flat No N-3, in the Viman Nagar area of Pune. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially being so close to the airport. You get used to the sound of planes overhead pretty quickly. We handle things for Steel Authority Of India Limited from this flat. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all our desks and the filing cabinets, but we make it work. It feels more like a home than a typical corporate office, which we actually prefer. We aren't here to put on a show for anyone. We just sit down, get our tea, and start the day's work. Pune is a fast-moving city, but we have our own steady rhythm inside the office. We don't have any promotional banners or slick mission statements on the walls. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. We talk to people plainly and try to solve whatever problems come up with the orders. It’s a real, everyday job for us and we just keep at it as best we can.
