We’re over in Kothrud, Pune, set up in the Lata Housing Society on Paud Road. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential, so it stays pretty calm during the day. We’re at number 68/1 in Ideal Colony. Being a consultancy, we spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people over the phone about their hiring needs or business questions. It’s a small office, mostly just a few desks shoved into a room that we’ve made work for us. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the local market well. The traffic on Paud Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our work done and head out before it gets too bad. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. People usually find us through referrals or because they know someone who worked with us before. Inside, it's just the usual office stuff—a printer that jams sometimes, some old files, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't put on any airs here. We just sit down, look through what our clients need, and try to find some solutions. It’s steady work and we enjoy the quiet of the society when we’re focused on a project. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it feels like home to our small team. We just keep our heads down and work.
