Our office for Star Engineers I Pvt Ltd is located in the Gordhan Housing Society at Rh 159/3. This is in the MIDC `G` Block area of Shahunagar, right in Chinchwad. Being in the MIDC zone means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing and industrial activity, which is exactly where an engineering firm should be. The housing society setup is a bit different than a standard office block, but it works well for us. It gives us a bit of a quieter environment while still being right in the middle of the action in Pune 411019. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know the other business owners on the block. Our workspace isn't very large, but it’s organized in a way that lets us get through our daily lists. We don't have any shiny signs or expensive furniture. We mostly have drafting tables and chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough. The air around Chinchwad always feels like it’s full of work and progress, and we try to contribute to that in our own small way. Most of the staff lives within a few kilometers, so we are very much a local operation. We don’t bother with big meetings or corporate speeches. We just check the schedule, talk about what’s urgent, and get the machines or the designs moving. It is a humble way to work, but it suits our style perfectly.
