You can find us at C-304 in the Mantri Krina building over in Yamunanagar. It’s part of the Nigdi area in Pune, which is a bit of a mix between residential spots and small businesses. We’ve been operating Star Engg Pvt Ltd out of this space for some time now. It’s not a huge factory floor or anything like that. It’s more of a focused office where we handle the technical side of things and keep our records straight. Being in a building like Mantri Krina means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which helps when we need to concentrate on blueprints or numbers. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done next. We take the lift up to the third floor every morning, say hello to the security guard, and get to it. The windows look out over the local neighborhood, and you can see the city growing all around. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm with shiny hallways. We just need a solid place to sit and solve problems. Nigdi is a good spot because it’s easy for most of the guys to get to from their homes. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but usually, we try to get home before the evening traffic gets too crazy. It’s a simple, honest way to run things.
