Srujan Infotech is tucked away in Dhanakawadi Gorai Part 1, at number 108. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is good when you need to concentrate on IT work. There are just a handful of us here. We spend our days mostly looking at data and fixing software bugs. The office at 108 is nothing special. It has white walls and some basic desks we got a few years ago. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and coats. Most of the time, the only sound you hear is the clicking of keyboards. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. If something needs to be done, one of us just grabs it and starts working. We eat our lunch together most days, usually talking about anything but work. Dhanakawadi is a nice area, and being in Gorai Part 1 makes it easy for us to get around. We don't have a website that looks like it cost a million dollars because we’d rather spend that time working for our clients. People usually find us by word of mouth. We don't make big promises. We just try to be honest about what we can handle. If a job is too big for us, we say so. That’s how we’ve always run things, and it hasn't failed us yet. We keep a spare set of keys under a flower pot just in case.
