We are located at 283/94 in Shukrawar Peth. If you know Pune, you know these Peth areas are always packed and busy. Our place is right in the middle of all that. We handle computers here at Srj, mostly dealing with the usual stuff like broken screens, slow laptops, or people needing a whole new setup for their home or office. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have a lot of parts and boxes lying around. It isn't a showroom where everything is polished and under bright lights. It's a working shop. We spend most of our time with screwdrivers in hand, opening up cabinets and trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't starting up. The street outside is always loud with bikes and people walking to the local markets. We’ve been here in Shukrawar Peth for a while, so we’re used to the hustle. Sometimes customers come in really frustrated because they lost their data, and we just have to be straight with them about what can be fixed. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just tell you what’s wrong and how much it will cost to get it running again. It’s a simple business. We open up in the morning, check the repairs from yesterday, and start on the new ones. It’s just us doing our thing in the Peth.
