Sriramki Softsol Private Limited is situated at H No 11-27-16 in the Kotthawada area. It’s a very local spot, and the building itself is more of a traditional house structure than a modern office block. We’ve converted the space to fit our needs, so there are desks where there used to be living areas. It gives the whole place a very lived-in, honest feel. We don't have fancy lobbies or a security desk at the front. You just walk up to the house and you’re there. Kotthawada is a busy part of the city, and the street life is always vibrant around us. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we care more about making sure we’re getting our work done right. There’s a kitchen area where we usually make our own tea and sit around for a bit before getting back to the screens. It’s a simple way of working, but it suits us just fine. We like being part of a real neighborhood rather than being stuck in a cold, glass building. It makes the workday feel a bit more human and less like a grind. We just keep our heads down and handle our business day by day.
