Sri Industrries

Our place is at Shop No. 6-11 in the Pimple Gurav area of Navi Sangavi. Sri Industrries isn't a massive corporate entity or anything like that. We just have these few shop units that we’ve knocked together to create a workspace for our machinery. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when we have a lot of raw materials delivered at once. You have to watch your step because there’s usually some metal scrap or a cord on the floor. We do a lot of small-scale fabrication and parts work for people around town. The machines are loud and they make the floor vibrate when they’re all running at the same time. There isn't a reception area with a sofa or anything fancy. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work shirts covered in a bit of oil. We like it that way because it shows we’re actually doing the work ourselves. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job because we promised someone it would be ready by morning. It’s a simple life. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the news or whatever is happening in Navi Sangavi. The shop has been here long enough that we don’t need a big sign out front. Most folks just know where to find us. It’s an honest way to spend the day, making things that people actually need for their own businesses.
