We are up on the ninth floor of Rahul Towers, in A2-902. It’s in Bhusari Colony, right on Paud Road in Kothrud. Being in an apartment complex like this makes it feel a bit different from a regular office building. We have a nice view of the hills when the weather is clear. Most of our work is done on computers, so the room is usually full of the sound of typing and clicking. It’s not a huge space, just enough for our desks and a small pantry where we make tea. We work on various technical projects and sometimes things get a bit stressful when deadlines are close. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who know what we're doing. We usually wear casual clothes and sometimes the trash bin overflows with snack wrappers by Friday. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic on Paud Road. We’ve been here for a while and the building security knows us well. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. You just come up the elevator and knock. Sometimes we work late and the whole building is quiet. It’s a good place to focus on the code or whatever design we are working on. We have a few plants on the windowsill but they look a bit sad.
