Sprit Consys is located at Shed No. 3 in the Ingale Industrial Estate, right off NDA Road in Shivane. It’s a bit of a drive out here in Pune, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The estate is always buzzing with other small workshops and businesses. Our shed is usually filled with control panels and different types of electrical components. We’ve been working out of this space at Survey No. 31/1 for a while now. It isn't a glamorous office; it’s a workshop where we actually build things. We spend most of our time wiring up systems and testing them to make sure they don’t fail when they get to the customer. It can be tedious work, squinting at small wires and checking connections over and over. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding our specific shed in the colony, so we end up standing out on the road to wave them in. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a handful of us who know how these systems work. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day, and we just try to keep things organized so we don't lose any parts. It’s quiet enough out here in Shivane compared to the city center, which helps us focus on the wiring. We just show up, do the work in the shed, and go home when the job is finished.
