We’re based out of Parmarnagar Phase 3 in Pune, specifically at I/478. It’s a decent area, though the traffic on the main road can get pretty backed up in the evenings. We’ve set up our tech space here to be as functional as possible. It’s not a fancy tech hub with bean bags; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of cables. We focus on the technical side of things, trying to solve problems as they come up. Pune is a good place for this kind of work because there are so many other tech people around to talk to. We usually have lunch together at one of the local spots nearby. Our team is small, which makes it easy to communicate without having to send a million emails. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. We just rely on doing things right the first time. Sometimes we run into bugs that take all night to fix, and that’s just part of the job. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we work with. The office can get a bit loud when we’re all debating the best way to handle a piece of code, but it’s all in good spirits. We just want to make stuff that works well and doesn't break for the people who use it. We're just a small group doing our best.
