Spordia Softech Private Limited is located at Viva Hallmark in Bavdhan. Our office is B 101, right on DSK Ranwara Road. It’s a good spot because it’s right opposite the Suryadatta Institute, so there are always students and people walking around. The office itself is quite simple. We didn't spend much on interior design or expensive furniture. We just got what we needed to be able to sit and work on our software projects. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make do. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the building. We aren't a big software house with hundreds of developers. We’re just a small team of people who like coding and solving problems. Some days are stressful when things don't go according to plan, and we end up eating snacks for dinner while we fix bugs. We don't have a polished corporate image or a bunch of slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Bavdhan is a nice area, not as loud as the center of Pune, which helps us stay focused. We’re just regular people trying to build something decent without all the corporate drama. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we’re fine with that. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward.
