We are based out of a flat in Wagholi, specifically at BA Vermont on Baif Road. Splintersedge Technologies Llp started because we wanted to work on our own terms. Flat A-703 isn't your typical office space with a lobby and a sign out front. It's more of a home-style setup where we feel comfortable. Wagholi has grown a lot lately, so there’s always some construction noise or traffic nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate address. We just needed a quiet enough place to sit with our laptops and get things done. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery guy gets lost trying to find the building, but we make it work. Our team is small, and we usually just sit around the dining table or in the extra room we turned into a workspace. It’s a bit informal, maybe even a little messy at times with all the cables and chargers everywhere. We don't really have set hours; we just work when there’s work to do. It’s practical for us because we don’t have to deal with the stress of a main city office. We’re just a small group of people doing our thing in this part of Pune. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for us. There isn't much more to it than that. We just enjoy the quiet and the work we do.
