Sphear Technologies

Sphear Technologies is located in the Katraj area, pretty close to the Pune Satara Road. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through that side of town. We set up shop here because it felt like a good middle ground for everyone on the team. We work on various tech projects, mostly software-related things that keep us glued to our monitors most of the day. It’s not a very loud office, except for when we are trying to figure out a bug that won't go away. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with the fancy titles or the long-winded speeches. We just sit together, share some snacks, and try to get the code to work. The area around Katraj has its own character, and we’ve gotten used to the local shops and the food joints nearby. Sometimes we go out for a walk along the main road just to clear our heads. It’s a simple setup we’ve got. We started with just a couple of desks and some old computers. Now we have a few more people, but the way we work hasn't changed much. We just want to build things that actually work for the people who use them. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like what we do and the people we do it with. We try to keep it real every single day.
