Spencer'S Retail Ltd

This Spencer'S Retail Ltd is located over in Aundh, which is a part of Pune that has changed a lot over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time, just doing our thing. The shop isn’t overly large, but we try to make use of every corner we have. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we all know the local shortcuts and which days the traffic is going to be a nightmare. We spend most of our shift walking up and down the aisles, making sure everything is in its place. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Some days are slower than others, especially when it’s raining hard and nobody wants to step out. On those days, we usually catch up on the paperwork or just organize the back room again. We don't have any grand plans, we just want to make sure that when someone from the neighborhood walks in, they can find what they’re looking for without too much trouble. Sometimes we run out of things, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It happens. We just try to be helpful and keep the energy up. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the street outside pretty well by now, watching the city grow around us.
