Spann Code Lab (Opc) Private Limited operates out of Flat No.D-1104 in the Langston complex. We are located at Sr No - 53/1/2 in Kharadi, which is a part of Pune that has changed a lot lately. Being near the Darga gives people a good landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. Since we are in a residential building, it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office. It feels more like a home where we happen to do a lot of coding and technical work. We have a kitchen where we make way too much tea and coffee to stay awake during long afternoons. The view from the 11th floor is actually pretty nice, especially when it rains in Maharashtra. You can see the city stretching out toward Haveli from the windows. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a big sign outside. It’s just us in a flat with our laptops and some whiteboards. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on a difficult problem. Sometimes the traffic in Kharadi gets really bad, so we end up staying late just to avoid the rush. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a simple arrangement that suits how we like to operate without all the extra fuss.
