You can find Spala Private Limited in the Baner area, specifically inside Cosmos Society. We have a bit of a spread here across plots 33, 34, and 35 on S No 74/75. Baner is a lively part of town, and being in a society like Cosmos makes it feel a bit more like a community than just a cold business park. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. The office space is spread out across these plots, so there’s enough room for everyone to breathe while they work. It’s not a shiny glass tower; it’s more of a practical, lived-in set of buildings. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us since the start and some newer faces. We don’t really have any formal dress codes or fancy meetings. Most of our communication happens over the desks or while we’re standing in the hallway. It’s a very hands-on environment. Lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the small shops nearby or just sitting together in the common area. We just try to stay focused on what we’re doing and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. The street outside can get a bit congested during the evenings, but that’s just part of life in this part of the city. We like it here.
