Sowil Limited

Sowil Limited is based in Pune, over in the Dhankwadi area. We are in the Heramb Apartment building, which is right in Balaji Nagar. It’s a pretty standard residential-cum-commercial neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals in Pune-43 know the area well. It’s not a shiny corporate park or anything like that. We just have our space in the apartment block where we set up our computers and files. It gets busy around Balaji Nagar during the day, but inside the office, it’s mostly just us focusing on the work. We don’t really do the whole modern office thing with bean bags and open layouts. We just have a regular place to work. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is in this part of Pune. We’re a small team, and we know each other well. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work is correct. Most of us live nearby or take the bus in. It’s a grounded way to run things.
