We’ve been running Sony Food Stall for a while now right across from Aditi Samrudhi in Baner Gao. It's just a small spot where people come by for a quick bite when they're in the area. Most folks know us from around here since we see the same faces every day. The stall isn't fancy, just a few things we cook up and serve hot. We start early to get everything ready before the lunch rush kicks in. It gets pretty busy on the road sometimes, but we manage. My cousin helps me out with the orders and keeping things tidy. We try to keep things simple because that's what works. If you're walking past Baner Gao, you'll see us there on the main stretch. We don't have much seating, so most people just stand and eat or take it to go. It’s a lot of work being out here every day in the sun, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on getting the food out fast so nobody has to wait too long on their break. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, but we stay open as long as we can. It’s just how we make a living. Nothing more to it than that. We usually close up once the sun goes down and we've run out of what we made for the day. It’s a basic setup. We’ve been here for years.
