Sona Mobiles

Sona Mobiles is over here in Viman Nagar at the Ashok Estate. We have been on Dabhoi Road 2 for quite a bit of time now. It’s a small shop, mostly just counters and shelves filled with phone cases and various gadgets. People come in when their screens crack or when they need a new charger because the old one finally quit. It gets busy in the afternoons when everyone is out running errands. We don't really do big advertising; mostly it’s just the same people from around the estate coming back. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a few customers inside at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and circuit boards under a lamp. It's quiet work until someone walks in. Sometimes the parts we need take a day or two to arrive, so we just tell people honestly when to come back. We aren't a big chain store, just a local spot where you can get your phone fixed without too much fuss. It feels good when a regular stops by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a new model. Most days are pretty much the same, opening up, checking the stock, and seeing who needs help with their device. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right. It is a simple life and a simple business, right here on the corner where everyone knows us.
