Sona Communication

Sona Communication operates out of Hadapsar Rakanpur, Rajkot. The address is a bit confusing to some because of the way the districts are named, but we are easy enough to find once you get into the main neighborhood. We deal with a lot of phone calls and people coming in to talk about their connection issues. The front room has a small counter and a few chairs for people to wait in. There is an old television in the corner that is usually turned off unless there is a big match on. The walls are covered with some old posters and a map of the local area. We spend a lot of time on the phone, sometimes repeating the same thing over and over again to different people. The street outside is usually full of bikes and the occasional cow wandering past. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we have a large standing fan that blows papers off the desks if we aren't careful. We keep our records in some old blue folders that are starting to fall apart at the edges. It’s a busy little spot, and there is always something that needs to be fixed or looked at. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we try to keep the lines of communication open for everyone.
