Somnath Super Shoppee

We’ve been running Somnath Super Shoppee here on Princess Street in Sangavi for some time now. It is just a regular shop where we keep the things people need every day. The shelves stay pretty full with grains, soaps, and snacks. Most mornings start early because people stop in before work. We are right there on the street, so it’s easy to find us if you are walking around the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the aisles, but we try to keep things organized so nobody has to spend too much time looking for a specific brand of tea or a bag of rice. It is not a very big place, just a local spot where we know a lot of the faces that walk through the door. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure nothing is empty. If the delivery truck is late, things get a bit hectic, but we usually manage to get everything back in order pretty fast. People around here just call us the shop on the corner of Princess Street. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. It’s just us, working through the day and making sure the lights stay on for the evening rush. You might see us unloading crates or just sitting by the counter when it’s quiet. We even have a small section for plastic buckets and brooms in the back corner. Sometimes the stray dogs hang around the front door looking for shade, and we don't mind as long as they don't get in the way of the customers. It’s a simple life running a shop here in Sangavi.
