Solwares Technologies Private Limited is out in Hadapsar, Pune. We are located in the Tucker AWHO Enclave in Gondhalenagar. It’s at Sno 16 17 18(P), Building U4, Flat No. 14. This is a bit more of a residential-feeling area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. Working out of a flat gives the whole thing a very different vibe. We have a kitchen area where we make tea and a living room that’s been converted into our main workspace. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the whole team is here, but we make it work. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open for a breeze. Hadapsar is growing fast, but our little corner is still relatively quiet. We don’t have any big corporate signs on the building. If you didn’t have the address, you might just think it was another apartment. We like the privacy it gives us to just focus on the software and tech tasks we have. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy furniture. We just have what we need—good internet, decent chairs, and enough space to think. Most of our days are spent in front of the monitors, occasionally taking a break to walk around the enclave. It’s a very straightforward way to run a tech company without all the usual office drama you find in bigger places. We like it this way and just keep working.
