We are located in Viman Nagar, Pune. Our office is actually a flat, number 344 in the C1 Helios-I building of Clover Acropolis. It’s at S. No. 198, HN 2/1 and 2/2. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Since we are in a residential-style building, the office feels very casual. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. We are a small team at Solvop Solutions. We don't have a dress code or formal meetings. Most of our communication happens while we're sitting at our desks. We have a lot of monitors and cables running across the floor. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We do various types of solution-based work. We don't have a big sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes the traffic in Viman Nagar makes us late, but we usually stay late to make up for it. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to do good work and keep the lights on. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the independence of having our own small setup here in Pune. If you stop by, you'll probably just see us in our normal clothes, working away.
