Solvetech Private Limited

We are based in the R-Euphoria complex, specifically in Building 5, Flat 104. This is over in Kondhwa Budruk, right opposite the Talab company. The area is quite built up now with lots of these housing societies that have businesses tucked away inside them. Our specific spot is on the first floor, so we don't have to go up too many stairs. The survey numbers for the land here are 18/P and 19/P, if you’re looking at the old maps. It’s a bit of a maze inside the complex sometimes. We have a view of the other buildings and the parking lot from our window. It can get a bit noisy when people are moving in or out, but generally, it's a decent place to work. We have set up Solvetech Private Limited in this flat because it gives us enough room for our equipment and a small kitchen area. The walls are painted a standard off-white and we have some basic shelving for all our files. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when we need a break from the screens. The security guards at the gate know us by sight now. It is a very regular setup. Nothing about the place is meant to impress anyone, it’s just a functional office in a busy part of Pune. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels quite familiar.
