We’re located at Sneh 11/2 in Vardhaman Nagri. It’s a spot in Karve Nagar that’s pretty close to Cummins Engineering College. Because we’re so near the college, we get a lot of students coming in with their laptops. Usually, it’s something like a spilled coffee on a keyboard or a laptop that won’t start right before an exam. The shop is called Solutions, which is a bit of a generic name, but it’s what we’ve always gone by. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We’ve got a couple of workbenches and shelves packed with spare parts and old components we’ve kept just in case. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we often have some music playing in the background while we work on the machines. We don’t really do the whole professional corporate thing. If you come in, you’ll probably see one of us with grease on our hands or trying to untangle a mess of power cords. Karve Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here pretty well. We don’t bother with big advertisements or making grand promises. We just take the computers in, see what’s wrong, and try to get them working again. It’s a small operation, and we like the fact that we can just focus on the technical work without much fuss. It keeps things simple for us and for the people who bring their stuff here.
