If you know the Hinjawadi area, you know how busy it gets with all the IT traffic. Sohum Web Solutions is situated right in Hinjawadi 2 & 3. It's a lot of concrete and big buildings around here, but we’ve found our own little rhythm in the middle of it all. The office is where we spend the bulk of our week, staring at screens and typing away. It gets quite hectic during the shift changes when the buses come through. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We're a smaller group just trying to handle web stuff without making it overly complicated. The lunch breaks are usually spent at the local food joints nearby. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. Our space in Hinjawadi 2 & 3 is pretty basic, but it has everything we need to stay productive. We don't bother with fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s mostly about the work and getting home before the evening traffic peaks. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs it, and the area gets a bit quieter then. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. We’ve been here long enough to know which shortcuts to take and where to get the best snacks. It's just a regular office life for us at Sohum Web Solutions.
