Softtronics

You can find Softtronics at the Hadapsar Industrial Estate. We are located at 12th Cross, in the Maruthi Industrial Area, at 151/11. Being in an industrial zone means there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machines in the distance. Our workspace is very basic. We have long wooden tables and plenty of power outlets for all the equipment we use. It’s often a bit dusty because of all the activity outside, so we have to wipe down our desks every morning. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just a few charts and a calendar. The 12th Cross is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes get lost trying to find us the first time. There is a small canteen nearby where we grab a quick snack in the afternoon. At Softtronics, we don't have a big management team or complicated rules. We just have a list of jobs to finish and we work through them. Sometimes we have to stay late when a project is being stubborn. The lights in the office are a bit bright, but they help us see what we are doing with the small parts. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a lot of technical work in a busy part of Hadapsar. We like the grit of the industrial area.
