Softtech Engineers Pvt Ltd is at the Industrial Estate, 5/A, right on the Pune Satara Road. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our building is a bit plain, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of space for our engineering stuff. We’ve been in this spot for years. It’s not the quietest place, but it feels like work is actually happening here. We have some heavy desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't much for digital-only, we still like our paper drawings. The team is mostly experienced guys who have seen it all. We don't do those modern office perks. We have a water cooler and a fan that rattles a bit. It’s a practical environment. The Pune Satara Road is always busy, so getting here in the morning takes some patience. We stay focused on the technical side of things. We aren't trying to be trendy. We just provide engineering solutions from a real, gritty industrial base. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s part of the deal. We know our neighbors in the estate. It’s a community of makers and builders. We fit right in. The office floor is concrete and we don't bother with carpets. It makes sense for the kind of heavy-duty work we manage every day. We just get on with it.
