It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours and it gets the job done. We spend most of our hours here, typing away and occasionally complaining about the heat or the traffic. It’s a very normal, unpolished environment. We don’t have any mission statements or corporate values pinned to the walls. We just have a list of things to do for the day. It’s a straightforward, honest place to work, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like anything else. It is just where we go to do our jobs.
